From
the before pictures shown above you can plainly see that this Road Runner was desperately needing some attention. The car was very nice to begin with but had the typical signs of rust from 25 years of Indiana weather. This is what we did: Replaced - quarter panels, outer wheel houses, trunk corners - installed new headliner. We repaired & finished out the trunk floor. Vinyl top was stripped and all rust repaired underneath. We then had the vinyl top replaced. At owners request, the black stripe was painted with Gloss instead of the original Flat black. Also owner requested, not to add the black decal at the rear of the car. Car was then painted to high gloss original Lime Green. Car is equipped with pistol grip 4-spd, odometer reading is actual, owner considering sale. Restored 4 years prior to the pictures shown here. Still lookin' great! |
